The attached document contains seven letters prepared in a uniform format. The letters are addressed to the competent institutions and forums of the European Union, the Council of Europe and the United Nations.
The primary purpose of the letters is to provide information: to formally record the fact that 149 local authorities in Szeklerland have expressed their position through a joint initiative and have requested that it be brought to the attention of the international community.
The letters are available for download in PDF format, enabling the local authorities participating in the initiative to submit them to the addressees officially and in their own names.
Taken together, the seven letters constitute the documentation package for the international dissemination of information about the initiative.
